Mount Baker Recreation Area This fabulous mountain getaway is located in Glacier, just 20 miles away from Mount Baker Ski Resort - one of the premier skiing areas in North America. Mount Baker is home to an exceptional snow base, world class skiing, the world snowboarding championships and more. The Condo at Snowater is just 1.8 miles past Glacier. Glacier has a small general store, two restaurants, plenty of fresh mountain air and spectacular scenery. Mount Baker National Recreation Area is a four seasons playground. Hike, bike or ski during the day and relax in the evening on the deck or in front of the fireplace.
The Snowater Community sits nestled in the woods on the North Fork of the Nooksack River surrounded by the natural beauty of the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Northwest. The Complex is very private and serene with a well-maintained grounds. Enjoy a sauna, jacuzzi and swim in the indoor pools. There are two clubhouses that provide racquetball courts and several tennis courts on grounds. There is also ping-pong and billiards in the clubhouse, and a small workout room. Enjoy the walking trails within the complex or many trails in the area. The facilities are exceptional.
THE CONDO:
RATES AND TERMS: $140 a night, 2 night minimum $800 a week Holidays and Special Events: 3 night minimum; Holidays and Special Events may include rate increase. The condo is available for rent year round. The rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. For a complete list of terms, please see a copy of the rental agreement. Rental prices include state sales tax. The rental agreement has all pertinent information regarding rules, facility use, parking and all fees and deposits.
